Pilot Episode - What's Stuffing?
What’s Stuffing? (Pilot)
A typical day at Ms. Mola’s Make-ola! brings the Kids, excited to make a new project. When a Special Delivery package arrives, bringing unexpected supplies, Plan B is put into action and the Kids decide to design and make their own stuffed animals! Kids at home are encouraged to look around and see what kind of unused fabric they might re-purpose, and the creativity begins. With Ms. Mola’s helpful techniques, Grandma Safety-Pants’ advice, lively music, and a whole lot of creative energy, they see their ideas through to self-designed finished products! Ms. Mola and the kids show how to make a pattern for your stuffed animal project idea. All you need is some paper (recycled newspaper works well), something to draw with, and a great imagination!

Kid-Made Stuffed Animals - Step 7: Sewing Machine
Ms. Mola tells about her sewing machine, and encourages kids to get an adult to help in this stage of sewing your stuffed animal project. But Ms. Mola always has a Plan B - so watch the Step 8 for what to do if you don't have a sewing machine! Ms. Mola demonstrates how to do some hand sewing for your stuffed animal project. Grandma is always around for some helpful safety information - and I'm sure you will have an adult who can help you with threading, knot-tying and getting started with simple stitches.
